    •    Orders are processed within 5-14 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).
    •    You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

    •    Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
    •    We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they leave our facility.

Address Errors & Returns to Sender
    •    Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.
    •    If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs.

Returns & Exchanges
    •    We do not accept returns for wrong size selection or buyer’s remorse unless otherwise stated.
    •    If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days for a resolution.
